Integrated Dentalcare is a private practice in Edinburgh’s West End, founded by Neeraj Puri, Allan Matthews and Ching Feng Sia and organised around four routes — prevent, repair, replace, enhance. Its centre of gravity is surgical: implants go in under X-Guide dynamic navigation, which tracks the handpiece against the planning scan while the surgeon works, and other dentists send implant cases and CBCT requests here.

Treatments and services

Examinations follow a ten-point structure — decay, gums, enamel erosion, the jaw joint and soft-tissue mouth cancer screening, with digital radiographs for new patients. Hygiene runs on Airflow GBT, biofilm disclosed first so coaching lands where the brush keeps missing. Repair covers composite fillings, crowns, inlays and onlays, root canal treatment, crown lengthening and protocol-led amalgam removal. Missing teeth are replaced with titanium or zirconia implants, bridges or custom dentures; cosmetic work runs to whitening, composite bonding, porcelain veneers and clear aligners planned from a digital simulation. Snoring is assessed, and sudden pain or swelling gets an urgent appointment.

Technology and comfort

Planning combines intraoral 3D scanning with CT imaging before anything is prepared. Platelet-rich fibrin, spun from the patient’s own blood, is packed into surgical sites to speed healing. Anxiety is met with conscious sedation — a tablet beforehand, or the intravenous route for longer surgery — with heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen monitored throughout.

The team

Neeraj Puri qualified in Glasgow in 1996 and has two decades in implant dentistry, titanium and zirconia alike. Allan Matthews takes aligner, bonding and veneer cases. Ching Feng Sia, a Dundee graduate and member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery in Glasgow, handles restorative work and crowns. Vera Da Silva trained in Brazil and has practised in the UK since 2005, covering cosmetic and complex restorative dentistry. Abdul Hasaballa is the therapist; Aimee Cramb coordinates implant patients.
